A Lion and a Bunny share their dreams and aspirations with each other and wonder what it means to be growing up. As they go through their journey together towards their dreams, they discover twists and turns that take them to places they never expected to be.

This is a story about friendship, growing up, and accepting change on the rocky road that is life.

A Pandemic project

The Story behind the story

I’ve been working on this storybook idea on and off since Christmas 2020. It started during the Pandemic when I couldn’t see family for Christmas. Stuck indoors for the holidays, I started looking through mementos and old letters from an almost forgotten past (when writing letters was still a thing). They reminded me that I once had some very important people in my life whom we shared the thick and thins together. This book is dedicated to them.
